I recently completed a two year visit at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/dera\">Division of Economic and Risk Analysis (DERA) at The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)<\/a>, where I worked in the Office of Litigation Economics, and helped perform economic analysis for Enforcement cases. Before joining the University of Alabama faculty, I was on the faculty at the University of Florida. Prior to joining the finance department at the University of Florida, I received my Doctoral degree from the <a href=\"http:\/\/doctoral.wharton.upenn.edu\/sugata-ray\/\">Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>My research focuses on investments, behavioral finance, and real estate.
